Could someone please explain me how to set up RSS feed in CMSMS?

Grab CGFeedMaker module and read module help, there are samples preinstalled that should make it work for you.

Use module like http://dev.cmsmadesimple.org/projects/cgfeedmaker
or without module with http://www.cmscanbesimple.org/blog/crea ... t-a-module

I can confirm that Rolf's solution is neat and simple. CGFeedmaker is perhaps more sophisticated. Depends on what you need
