Installed 1.11.6 into cPanel. When editing pages, no image insert clickable in WYSIWIG.

I had set the site up with images but due to an issue (disappearing (404) admin login page) - I uninstalled CMSMS then reinstalled. Now I can't add images via WYSIWYG as it's disappeared.

Any ideas?
