When I go to your site, I see:
Do you have a backup of your database? Were the funny characters in your SQL dump both before and after? Did you do anything else like switch hosts? Did you clear your cache?

Your login screen doesn't look like 1.11.6.. It looks more like 1.9 - 1.10
