what's the best addon?

Hello everyone
I'm trying to put together a list of add-ons for a project and I need help trying to figure out which mod is best suited. This is the first time I'm asking because time is of the essence. Here are some details:
• Display Google calender for courses
• Registration for courses for off site delivery
• be able to track and report on who is registered for which courses
• send an acknowledgment mail and receipt to the attendees
• admin to receive email or course registration
• print roster of attendees
• Small shopping cart to allow viewers to select registration of any of the 18 sessions listed as well as any of the downloadable canned webinars
• use Paypal for payment
I plan on using the latest CMSMS version unless someone thinks an older version would work best with most of the mods I need.
