[Solve] Anyone got CMS and jQuery Ui Mobile working together

I would like to know whether or not anyone has got CMS and jQuery Ui Mobile working together. This for pre-loading page content via ajax as it writes the base href on the fly and unless there is a fix in the jQuery then it seems like you won't be able to use the base href in CMS.
Alternatively any other plugins known to work with CMS to allow for next and previous page load by Ajax and then being able to swipe to view.
