template_c error afer 0.12 to 0.13 upgrade

Hi,
after upgrading my CMS-Ms site from 0.12 to 0.13 I get the following when trying to view it:

I tried to clear the cache in the admin panel (which works) and checked that the tmp/cache and tmp/template_c dir are apache writable and empty.
