Child pages in Main menu drop downs don't link anymore

This is my first time using CMSMS. I was hired to do some (what I thought would be) easy tasks, such as image swaps, color changes and main menu consolidation. Now only the parent pages in the main menu go to their page. The rest of the pages go to the right url, but instead of showing the page, I see an un-styled sitemap.
In Pages, I simply changed the parents of pages so that the menu reflected what the client wanted.
Then in the style sheet, I uncommented the styles that allowed for a deeper drop down.
If you have any idea how to help I would greatly appreciate it. I don't know CMSMS that well. I Thanks in advance!
(Version 1.10.3, PHP 5.2.17, apache, linux 3.2.38 on x86_64)
