CMS Made Simple Forums

Hello everyone,

my company is running their website on CMSMS 1.6.6 on PHP 5.2.17, the webhost is upgrading to PHP 5.4 in the next days.

Is there any trouble I should expect an upgarde CMSMS prior to the PHP update or should everything run fine?
Please understand I have no experience with CMSMS at the moment so I dont really want to go though a possibly compicated upgrade procedure.

Unfortunately, no.... older versions of CMSMS are known NOT to work on PHP 5.3 or 5.4.

You will need to upgrade your site.

Not exactly the answer i was hoping for.
I will give it a try to do a clean update.
