CGCalendar - error 500

Hi, i tried to install a CGCalendar (1.10.4), but when i want to setup it, im receiving blank page / error 500. Fresh install ... Any idea what i am doing wrong?

Hi,here is some info:
php 5.3.22, MySQL: 5.0.54, CMS 1.11.5, CGCalendar 1.10.4,CGExtensions 1.32.2
