ssl, admin and modules

I'm running CMSMS admin under ssl. I notice when I go to certain modules within the admin, the ssl breaks. Specifically I'm running under SSL so that Form Browser data can be browsed securely and that is one of the modules that breaks the ssl. Is there a fix for this?
I'm running version 1.11.4 of CMSMS and version 0.4.2 of Form Browser.
