Need someone to update a number of CMSMS sites - SWEDEN

I write this in English because this forum is in English, but I'm first and foremost looking looking for someone in Sweden, preferably with a business.
I, and the design agency I work for, are looking for someone who can help with updating a number of CMS Made Simple sites, ranging from 1.4 to 1.8, to a current version.
I have experience of CMSMS myself and have run three different sites, but now it's been a while and so we want to use someone who do this on a regular basis and have a better understanding of how to prevent possible problems.
