help needed for newbie to this site

hya ive just installed this cms for first time ever and im trying to add a module onto my site called self register when i go to download xml file i just get a page on coding ive tried making a xml file with dream weaver and uploding it but i get the following error Missing Dependency CGExtensions v1.31
what do i do

An easier way to install a module is going to Extensions -> Module Manager and finding a module under Available Modules tab. Then click download and install. Some modules need others to work properly, e.g. CGExtensions but you'll be guided through what is required. You don't need Dreamweaver.
