Amount of text on one page?

I'm the IT admin at a school. We have a cmsms website. I have the superintendant's assistant that sends me doc files that I post to the website. For the longest time, I was just converting them to PDF and then uploading the PDFs and creating links to open PDFs. I thought this looked very unprofessional. So, I noticed that just highlighting all the text and copying it from Word to the cmsms editor formatted very well. It takes all the formatting, cells, spreadsheets, everything they put in the doc file just pastes in nicely. Then I can put the notes in from meetings as a website and not a PDF.

The problem I'm having is this...

Here's an example...

When you open it, all the text pasted nicely down to bullet 12d. The document continues all the way down to 15. I just erased everything and pasted it again. After I pasted it in, I looked and it pasted all the way to 15. But as soon as I applied it and checked, it cut it back off at 12 again. What can I do to make it take more data in?

you can change the field type in the content database table. There have been several posts about this subject in this forum. I'm on a phone right now, so not very easy for me to do the search for you ;)

Can someone please explain. I just searched the forum and google for content field database hoping to find the answer and found nothing. I searched for max text in page and other variations, and I'm not finding anything on this subject. I'm sure I'm just not searching the correct keywords.
