"Trying to get property of non-object" error on CGGoogleMaps

hi, I would appreciate anyones help on this.
i am getting this error in my php log when i click the 'lookup coordinates' button in the company directory module. it ultimately does not let me add the company. here is the full error
here are my versions
cms-1.11.4
cggooglemaps - 2.43
companydirectory -1.17
