can't access dev.cmsmadesimple.org

Hello,
I don't know if its the right place, nor if anybody in charge for solve it does read this message, but maybe someone can help me.
I'm from Switzerland and I'm using cmsms for several websites. Since last autumn I'm not able to access dev.cmsmadesimple.org. First I thought its will be a temporary problem, but after a month or so, it didn't work though.
I talked with my Internet-Service-Provider, and they told me, that they bought a new IP-Block ( 5.145.19.something, or maybe just 5.xxx.xxx.xxx) which is not acceptet by all servers. As it worked out, one of the server refusing to connect to such a IP is the one on which dev.cmsmadesimple.org is hosted!
They told me at the ISP, that someone in charge of the website not reachable or the server where its hosted on, can solve my problem by adding the ip-block to the list of accepted ip's...
Hope anybody can follow my explanations?
And I hope that someone can solve it, because its very nasty if a can't reach the dev area!
Greetings from Switzerland,
Michael
