Whilst upgrading my site from 1.9.4.3 to 1.10 the upgrade process starts ok and then stops to the final error

Fatal error: Cannot override final method CMSModule::GetModulePath() in /freeola/users/2/6/sr0252962/htdocs/modules/Captcha/lib/classes/module/class.captcha.php on line 1047

Any ideas how I can progress further as they would be most appreciated?

You have a problem with the captchamodule. Make sure all your modules are up-to-date before you start the upgrade.
