No WYSIWYG Editor after Upgrade to ver. 1.11.4 "Fernandina"

I'm running CMS Made Simple 1.11.4 "Fernandina." I'm using PHP 5.3.14, and Mysql 5.0.96. This is all working with Apache, linux 2.6.32-279.14.1.el6.x86_64 on x86_64.
I upgraded circletail.org to Fernandina. The Website, circletail.org, is working and fully functional. The Website is for a dog rescue and service dog provider organization.
With an important exception, the admin panel is fully functional. The problem is that I do not get a WYSIWYG or HTML editor, when I try to edit a page in the “Current Pages” admin section listing the Website’s pages. (Content » Pages) As a result, I cannot edit the content of pages.
Strangely, I do get the WYSIWYG/HTML editor in all other sections of the admin panel, such as Extensions » TinyMCE WYSIWYG, Testing Area.
I have done the following:
•Downloaded and installed Fernandina twice with no problems indicated in the installation steps.
•Removed and reinstalled TinyMCE 2.9.12 and MicroTiny 1.2.5 a number of times. When I last reinstalled TinyMCE I got an error message, but TinyMCE shows as installed. This is the error message: Missing Languagestring - module:ModuleManager string:error_noupgrade—.
•Reset all TinyMCE settings.
•Enabled in TinyMCE the static config option in advanced settings and set /tmp/-dir to be writable.
•In Global Settings, “Frontend wysiwyg” is set to TinyMCE, as is “Default backend wysiwyg (for new user accounts).”
I would appreciate suggestions to correct the problem.
Thank you,
