Coming soon 1.11.4 - Last call for translators and testing.

Quick note:
We plan to release CMSMS 1.11.4 this coming weekend. Please endeavour to update translations as much as possible, and do any last minute testing from svn (for those of you who know how to use svn). Particularly focussing on known issues in the 1.11.x series.
We will endeavour to fix any 'critical' bugs before the release, but anything that is old and/or non critical will probably not be addressed.
