Hi all,

I have the following problem: the CMSMailer is working fine, Formbuilder too. But when I select lost password in the admin-module and enter a valid username, I get a message that an error occurred and the mail could not be sent. And sure, none arrives.

Any ideas whats' going wrong here?

Uhm.... I would bet that the email address associated with the username you are using is invalid or empty.

In which case, yeah... CMSMailer would have a problem sending the email.

unfortuneately this is not true - that would be to easy Additional information: I cannot get SMTP working with this hoster. The method choosen here is sendmail.

With another hoster I use SMTP and here lost password is working!

SMTP is the hardest mailer to use, I always use sendmail...
