Coming Soon 1.11.3

As has been mention in other posts there is a CMSMS 1.11.3 release in the works. Hopefully to be released in the next few days.
This release fixes a few significant issues. Particularly wrt to FileManager and MicroTiny, UDT's in the admin templates, or stylesheets, and editing templates and content when in sitedown mode. Additionally, there are numerous other significant fixes.
We are awaiting some final testing by our Q/A people (it's not always good to have the developers test the code that they fixed). and then we'll be releasing.
