[done] Need help to code template CSS

I have a site in development that is functionally OK for the pages. I would like someone to take over coding the CSS (1140 Responsive Grid) while I work on some custom stuff for the Products module.
The PSD will be provided and the template structure is in place. It just needs the pretty visuals.
