I downloaded latest version (1.11.2) and at the first step buttons are missing. Check attachment.
I believe is about some file/directory permissions.

Moving the cursor under en_US area showing there is a link/button but is invisible.

What it is?

I put on 777 /tmp , /uploads and /modules.
Should be more than that?

I saw no answer yet.
Could anyone at least offer me a list with permissions for files and folders to be sure that everything is correct. I am pretty sure that some permissions wasn't set how it should be.

The permissions for folders...

Set these to 777 or 755:
modules
tmp
tmp/cache
tmp/templates_c
uploads
uploads/images
