Using the gallery module to call a random image

Hello.
I was wondering, if any one know if it is possible to use the gallery module to call a random image, and resizing it.

Well... I did put some effort in writing a help text that comes with the module... Do you want me to re-type it here, or can you specify the part that isn't clear to you?
