Yes that will do the job (all three at the same time)

And CGExtensions cannot be uninstalled because other modules depend on it. Of cource you could first uninstall those dependant modules. I would expect CGExtensions can be uninstalled after that.

I think that might be a better way than removing just directories because it gives the uninstaller a chance to clean up the database.
