Users - how to remove admin

Using 1.11.2
New site moved to new hosting company. During the move (by the new host) had to change the admin login as the original didn't work so ended up with 2 admins. Wanted to change passwords and usernames so I added 2 new users: myself as Admin and client as Editor.
I now want to get rid of the 2 previous admins. Can this only be done via the database as there are no delete icons attached to the original admins. If so, is this easy to do?
