i'm new with the CMSMS, and i am wondering, if someone can help me to explain how this all works..
i want to make a part of my site not accessable for all users, so is there a manual in how to get this done ?

You'll also want the customcontent module.
The feusers module only provides the login functionality, etc. The CustomContent module works with the feusers module to allow you to show different content to different users.
