Step 2 problem

I have a problem in Step 2 of intallation (see the screenshot).
Server options are correct:
php 5.3
musql 4
safe mode off
how can I solve this problem?

I could succesfully open Step 1 on your site (Firefox)
As a service
I tried a checksum test but it finds a lot of mismatches.
Not sure, but maybe some corruption occured during FTP-uploading. You might look into that. I use 'binary' for FTP transfer type.
I would suggest to always use this check to prevent strange behavior while developing your website(s).

Binary for FTP transfer didn't solve the problem(((
I've made 4 or 5 websites on CMSMS but this problem I met only now.
Another one suggestion?

did you change directory of install or deleted temporary files at 2nd installation ?
templates_c and cache ...

I just uploaded files to server, set permissions for catalogues (tmp, tmp/templates_c, tmp/cache, uploads, uploads/images, modules) and opened my page to start installation
