how about combing through the modules

Just a thought:
Some modules just can't be used as intended, and if you look at the bug list, there are quite a lot of bugs lurking unsolved since quite a while (years). I tracked some down, which cost me quite some hours, it would take minutes to fix them with the hints given.
I know its all work for no money. And its always easy not to recogize what's been achieved and instead wining about this or that problem. This said, haven't we all a common interest in a smoothly working system?
