I have installed upgrades to two sites with the new CMSMS version with no problems. I wanted to download the latest version for a new site. When I used Firefox which is my preferred browser the following error page comes up after I click on download. I reinstalled my Firefox but hasn't made any difference. I have attached a jpg of the screengrab of the error page which keeps returning. I tried with IE and the download appears to have worked although I haven't installed it yet.
Thanks for any advice as this hasn't happened before with Firefox.i also did a full scan virus check which was OK.

It seems that CMSMS installation has some missing or corrupt files. Make a checksum test, to make sure the installation doesn't have any corrupt/missing files.
Also:
Check if you have all permissions correctly set before installation.
If you uploaded the package by ftp, try uploading it again and make sure the mode is set to "text", otherwise just try re-installing CMSMS.
Again make a checksum test, to make sure the installation doesn't have any corrupt/missing files.

We are moving all the cmsms sites to a new server so you may run into a few snags along the way, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you...
