If you have an email address associated with the user you should be able to use the forgot password link on the log in page, if not the only other way is to go to the DB and change it there...
If you need to go the DB route and aren't comfortable with it I can do it for you...

My address is the associated address and I'm getting no email from the system. I'm definitely not confident with the DB.
