"Warning: Invalid . . ." after install

Running CMS .13, php 5.0.4, MySQL 4.1.11, on apache.

This is a new install and I get the message:
"Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /www/test/lib/classes/class.contenthierarchymanager.inc.php on line 52"
Repeated, 15 times, at the top of all content pages.

The admin pages look fine. I've checked my permissions and they look fine. I have not installed any extra modules.

Any Ideas of what I'm missing.
Thanks much Ed

Hmm.. Not sure what the problem is. I would try installing CMSMS 1.0 beta5 and see if you still have this problem.

I tried installing .13 a few more times and got the same results. I installed 1.0beta and didn't get the error. So that's the direction I'm going to go in. So far I'm really liking CMSMS.Thanks much.
