Module Manager - Module information outdated

Hello List,
I have a short question about the information that will be provided to the Module Manager addon.
How long does it take until Module Manager gets new versions of modules into its internal list? It is more easy for me to install new versions directly from module manager than uploading xml files from dev.cmsmadesimple.org because of my lousy internet connection.
