Calguy, you have been really great when I started my website a few years ago. Your help was invaluble. I never could have done it without you.
But I need your help again...
I have not done much with my web site All Info About Auto Repairs
(http://www.allinfoaboutautorepairs.com/). I'm pretty sure you remember it. It was the biggest web site to use CMS.
Long story short... it really hasn't gone very well. Google closed my account on On 9/12/2011 because:
"After reviewing our records, we've determined that your AdSense account poses a risk of generating invalid activity."
I never did anything to warrant closing my account.
Anyway since they did that to me the site never made much money, not that it made a whole lot WITH google ads I just let it go into limbo and do whatever it could do.
However, last Tuesday I looked at it (It's my IE home page) and there were massive, massive error messages. I know it was nothing I did since I haven't signed into it for months.
Now my problem... I went to log into my CMS and it seems I forgot my userid and/or password. I have a complete backup of the site on my hard drive and what I need to know is how to recover/reset my userid and/or password.
Please, please tell me there is a way to do it. As you may remember I am a disabled Vietnam Vet and I am on a limited income. Please help me....
