Stupid question, how do I use modules?

I have installed these modules:

Banners
Cataloger
CMSMailer
FrontEndUsers
Guestbook
News
NMS
pisearch
VisitorStats


I have no idea what to do next,for example, how to create form for visitors to sign up?

Or, where is the search form?

Click on the "Help" link besied each module in the modules page.
