I have a single page that is a parent in a menu bar as well as a child in the same menu bar under a different parent. In other words, I want to have two separate links to the same page.
How do I do that?

Once the page is made you can add another 'page' with content type internal link going to that other page...

With CGSimpleSmarty module you can pull the content of a page from the database and use it wherever you want...
