Reminder re PHP 5.2

This is just a quick reminder people that the CMSMS 1.11 Series will be the last series that supports PHP 5.2.
We will be organizing ourselves and starting work on CMSMS 1.12 here in the next few weeks (once everyone is back from holiday). And one of the first things we'll be doing in the 1.12 branch will involve breaking all php 5.2 compatibility.
CMSMS 1.11 works perfectly well with PHP 5.3
So please, double check your php version on all of the hosts that you work with, and if you aren't on PHP 5.3 talk to your hosts about how to migrate.
