Hello Forum,

The title say is it all, I am having trouble with the Products Manager not adding images to products if the image is larger than 2mb

My page ends up going blank after the upload reaches 100% and is not saved to the site, I've checked for the file in FTP and it is not there.



My Maximum Upload Size (upload_max_filesize) is 20M
My Maximum Post Size (post_max_size) is 20M

Please help! Thanks in advance

Please check limit on your server. I many chip hosting upload limits is only 2MB.

I found any image with a resolution higher than 2700px either wide or high causes the manager to not upload it, size of file is not a factor.

Is there a way to fix this? The client I have made the web site for is not very computer literate, so resizing images is a challenge for them. (I know it is simple, but with limited knowledge its a bit of a maze)

increase php memory, increase execution time
