mod to youtubeplayer to apply ratings and display ratings

I require some help from a seasoned developer or user who knows a good bit about the youtubeplayer module.
I have a client who wants to be able to rate videos and display an overall rating for these videos on the detail page, he also wants a way to display some of the videos sorted by highest rated.
I have been playing around with different ratings moules and cannot seem to work this out and i am usually very good at php but this one has me stumpded.
payment of course will be made upon the sucessfull code that gets me this result.
