CompanyDirectory Front end form problem

Hello
Im using the latest CMS and modules. The front end form which allows the company owner to edit their details in the Company Directory Module is only partially working.
It will allow me to change the Category and Hierarchy fields, but all the other fields (company name, email address, website, details etc) don't work.
When I change the text in those fields and submit, the changes don't take effect, they just revert to what they were originally.
Any ideas, Im baffled
