use Form Builder to add Products with hooked Gallery

Hello,
A site with products and photos of them. The photos are added in a gallery (Gallery module) to provide a better display and be able to add as many photos as I want.
I've set up a page which displays Products with attached photo Gallery following advice found here :

Now I want an input form to add :
* the product
* its photos in a new gallery
* the name of the gallery in the special product's field (the field which tells the name of the associated gallery).
Can "Form Builder" module help me ?
