[IGNORE - SOLVED] Upgrade stuck at section 5 on Beta 2

It got this far and stopped on section 5 of 7 when upgrading an existing install from 1.10.2
Adding module_smarty_plugins table...[done]
Enhancing the adminlog table...[done]
Enhancing the css table table...[done]
Creating routes table... [done]
Creating index in content table... [done]
Cant check any further.

Upgrading from what?
modules installed?
we need help to be able to solve these problems if we can't reproduce them.

I went through the process again, having updated all modules to latest version and getting Advanced content from svn and the upgrade process worked this time.
