irritating FEU problem

Hi all,
I am experiencing an odd problem with the change settings function in FEU.. when i enter a new password and click submit, I am presented with the following error:
Does anybody have a similar experience/know how it could be solved?

just beneath this is the line saying that settings have been successfully changed, as indeed I can confirm that they are when I try the new password. However, I really can't hand the site over to my client with this error message showing up.Warning: Parameter origreturnid is not known by module FrontEndUsers dropped in /public_html/lib/misc.functions.php on line 1590
Does anybody have a similar experience/know how it could be solved?
