Please explain me how do I post my .BMP images in this forum?

To the first you have to convert the image to jpg, gif or png format. bmp is not possible.
Then click under text area (for posting text) something like extended options. There you will found a field to attach your file
.

And I'm pretty sure that you have to be logged into the forum for the "Additional Options" link to show the "Attach" field.
