Site not working ! Help Please! [Solved]

My site was working perfectly fine, until today a visitor emailed me saying when will the site be up.
Apparently anybody who visits the site recieves this message :
I can't even access the admin panel.. I get this:
I haven't changed anything, or done anything to make this happen. It just happened.
