On version 1.04
I suggest  into Form

1- Priority 2 Checkpoints
Explicitly  associate form controls and their labels  with the LABEL element.
**ADD xxxx  --> xxx Search: or  ...  set the value into lang

2- Priority 3 Checkpoints
Include default, place-holding characters  in edit boxes and text areas.
**Insert into value  xxx String or  ... set the value into lang

to be conform W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines

Note : pisearch/lang/ext/fr_FR.php is into translatecenter

Can you post this please once again as feature request on project page?

The next version comes after the 1.0 stable release. you must wait until the next some beta versions (5, 6, 7) and than ....  .
