Hey there - I have an installation of 1.10.3 which is in a folder called "www.mysite.com/cmsms/

I am nearly ready to put it on the root but I am having trouble getting the contact form to send mail.

I have managed to set it up both with smtp and sendmail settings so that I receive test messages... although I've noticed that the behavior of the module is the same whether the test message is received or not - you are just sent back to the page - but never mind.

But when I try to use the contact form I made in FormBuilder I am am not getting messages. The 'thanks' page comes up but nothing gets sent/received!

I notice that when I log into my hosting OS email settings (not the actual email) I see
Warning: mysql_fetch_object(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /nas00/HostingOS/hostingos/HostingOS_NS/includes/dbObj.php on line 186
at the top of the page.

Now I have NO idea about that.....

I plan to call the hosting company but being a far bit west from here I doubt they're up yet so thought would post here just in case anyone had any ideas...

Ah YES I have sorted it - realised I didn't have the smtp hostname set correctly, it was mail.example.com - not smtp.example.com.
Still have a MYSQL argument complaining away but have a feeling it's nothing do do with cmsms... will moan at hosting company when they wake up ;)
