CMS Made Simple Forums

I have someone who does the bulk of the work for our foundation but I have been changing and updating things (mostly just texts, dates ect)
I do not know HTML, I am just a computer geek who knows just enough to get in trouble. How do I insert a website link.

In CMSMS there are a couple ways, most times if you want to make a link in page content hilite the word and the 'chain' button should become active, click it an fill out the boxes hit apply...
