Tabbed design in CMSMS

hello folks
Wondering if you can help me in designing or referring an existing module for the two designs on existing websites below. I would want them to be CMS MS content blocks so the contents could be easily changed from the pages editor of CMS MS admin module.. Many thanks in advance!!!!
