Multilingual site with 60+ pages

Hello to all, i have a site that contains 60+ pages and i must build it in 4 languages. I have previously used MLE CMS module in other sites with great results, but i don't think this will work on this project, since there are too many pages and it will be difficult for the editors to add-edit content etc. I have also used CMSMS Multilanguage (fork) in the past but the project is now way behind (last version was 1.8.2), if not "dead", and i' don't want to build a new site using this older version.
I'm asking for your advice, should I consider going with the old CMSMS MLE "fork" or is there a workaround that i'm maybe missing so that i can have a more user friendly way of adding-editing content using MLECMS module? Also, any other ideas are welcome since i'm really stuck.
Thanks for your help.

Unfortunately MLECMS ist the best module there is for multilingual sites. I have the same problem. Thinking about changing the CMS

My personal solution: I install a cms for each language. No special adaptations to the template so everything stays super simple for the editors.

Google translate is not an option, every page must be written by editors...

Sure just depends on what the client requires, how accurate it needs to be, how much a client is willing to pay etc etc.
I am about to do one or two sites which need to multilingual any idea how accurate Google translate is?

Yes, google translate is maybe an option for a personal blog or something but not for a professional web page I think. The thing is, more and more customers are asking for multilingual sites these days especially in Europe and i think going multilingual for cmsms is the way forward.
