Orders Module - User Choose Payment Method

I am working on an ecommerce site which requires users to be able to choose between paying by paypal or entering their credit card details so that the shop owner can manually process the details offline on their credit card machine.

Using Calguy's CGEcommerce suite of modules everything is great except that there appears to be no ability to show the user an option to choose one payment method over the other on the same page. Perhaps I am missing something?

At the moment, the user presses 'checkout' and then 'review order' after which they are sent straight to (1) enter credit card details without which they cannot move to the next step or - depending on my admin preferences settings - straight to review their order with (2) paypal payment option only.

In summary, user has option (1) or (2) but not both...
